This hereby notifies customers that as a result of cleaning grout lines, some PRE-EXISTING discrepancies such as discolored grout or missing grout may become visible without dirt covering them - such is to be expected in homes that may have had grout repairs, or are in need of grout repair. Damages that predate the grout cleaning will NOT void payment of the cleaning service and notice of such conditions will be provided to the customer here, before jobs, upon discovery, and during the payment process. The completion of tile cleaning services will then prompt compensation for the services provided - this is the Final Result Policy
